Why this Guarantee?
To make sure that we ship spare parts to you "on time", because HOLZ-HER realizes that downtime will cost you more than a replacement part. To underline our total commitment for providing the very best woodworking machinery, and the highest quality customer service in the industry.
How fast is "on time"?
Parts will be shipped on the same business day for valid order received at our head office (Charlotte, NC) before 2:00 p.m.; weekends and official holidays not withstanding.
When does it take effect?
As soon as the order is received, and not at the moment a customer places a parts order with a HOLZ-HER distributor. Should an error appear on the order, or a credit hold is placed on the account, the guarantee period begins after the corrected order is received at our head office, or when credit is approved.
What parts are free?
All replacement parts (not complete working units), in our latest HOLZ-HER parts price list for all of our current edgebanders, vertical panel saws and sliding table saws will be FREE to the customer (excluding freight), if not shipped within the guaranteed period.
Where is it in effect?
Currently effective in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Central and South America. (HOLZ-HER reserves the right to discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice).
How does our guarantee differ from others?
There are machine suppliers that will take your orders for parts day or night. Yet, they don‘t guarantee your parts will be shipped on time. Only HOLZ-HER guarantees in writing to ship your parts the same day or the parts are FREE! (Excluding freight charges).
